Family Photographer in Carrollton
Relaxed sessions on real streets and shady parks around the Dallas suburbs. Built for moving kids and parents who hate posing.

Let kids be kids
Family photos fall apart the second everyone has to hold still. So at a Strictly Picly session, nobody holds still. I keep your crew moving. Walk the brick alley. Race to the mural. Pile onto the park bench in whatever order happens naturally.
I call out easy directions, the kind kids actually follow, and keep shooting through the in-between moments most sessions throw away. That is where the real laughs live.
You will still get the frame with everyone looking at the camera, because grandmothers count on it. But the keepers are usually the ones where your youngest is mid giggle and nobody remembers being photographed at all.
Family galleries are coming.
Yours could be the first one here.
Why there are no family photos here yet
Here is the truth. The galleries I have published so far are senior sessions, so senior sessions are what this site shows. No stock photos, no strangers' kids passed off as my work. The first families to book will fill this page.
What you can already judge is the eye. Look through the senior work and notice what never changes. Warm light. Real streets. People who look like themselves instead of stiff versions of themselves. A family session gets that exact treatment.
And I am a mom. I know how long little kids actually last, so sessions keep moving and end while everyone still likes each other.
The best family photo is the one where nobody held still.

Where your family could shoot
All of these are minutes from home and full of texture. I scout the exact corners before you ever show up.
Old Downtown Squares
Brick storefronts, painted signs, and a rail platform if the timing works out. Carrollton's old square alone can carry a whole session.
Start with this spotParks and Creek Trails
Shade for the babies, room for the runners, and water that turns gold in the last hour. Farmers Branch and Plano are full of spots like this.
Plan an evening sessionMurals and Main Streets
A bold painted wall makes simple outfits pop and gives teenagers something to lean on. Plano and Lewisville keep adding new ones.
Pick your wall
Booking takes three steps
- Reach out
Send the contact form with your crew size and ages. Two kids or twelve cousins, I will build a plan that fits.
- Plan around the youngest
Session time gets picked to fit naps, moods, and golden hour, in that order. Outfits stay comfortable. Nobody wears anything they cannot run in.
- Take a walk together
The session moves like a family walk with a camera along. Afterward, I edit your gallery and send it to you online.
Get everyone in the frame
You are in almost none of your own photos, because you are the one taking them. I can fix that in one golden hour. A family session is one flat price with every image included, listed on the pricing page.
